Apologetics is primarily a theoretical discipline that specifically serves to show unbelievers the truth of the Christian faith, to confirm that faith to believers, and to reveal and explore the connections between Christian doctrine and other truths. While ‘apologetics’ is in general about defending the Christian faith – as in evangelistic encounters – this course is not geared in this way to prepare you to learn some Bible verses and then know how to engage in a typical evangelism debate.

This course is geared toward a philosophical approach to apologetics, that deals with the intellectual questions raised concerning the existence of God. This course covers lessons on why the universe exists, infinity and the kalam cosmological argument, for example. While this is an advanced course in apologetics, it’s also a fun and interesting course that will stretch your thinking and view of the existence of God.

Through this course, you will be able to defend your faith without fear of questions posed to you and give rational and logical answers to why you believe what you believe.
