Pastoral Care is the care provided by those released by a particular church body to minister to the spiritual, emotional, and practical needs of the people within that body.
Pastoral Care is not just for Pastors.
Examples of people other than pastors who may be released to provide pastoral care are elders, deacons, church leaders, inner healing and deliverance ministers, healing room workers, home group leaders, youth pastors, Sunday School workers, children’s pastors, etc.
This Pastoral Care course will strengthen your leadership and counselling skills, unity and team work skills, and communication and relational skills.
